Payment Verification
All orders are processed only after payment has been successfully accepted and verified.

Business Days & Holidays
Orders are processed Monday through Friday (EST), excluding major U.S. postal holidays, including New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

Shipping Carriers

Shipping carriers may include USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services. Carrier selection may vary depending on destination and logistics availability.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fees

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and shipped to eligible addresses within the Continental United States.

Estimated Delivery Time: 5–11 business days
Shipping Cost: $4.99 flat rate per order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Order Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed (typically within 1–2 business days), you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow 3–7 days for the carrier to scan and update tracking information within their system. Tracking updates will become available once the package has been scanned.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customer Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Kpnira is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for any applicable reshipping fees.

Forwarding or Redirection
If a shipment is forwarded or redirected after dispatch at the customer’s request, Kpnira is not responsible for any resulting loss, theft, delay, or damage.

Special Orders & Customization

Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on production requirements. Any significant delay beyond standard processing times will be communicated by our support team.
