This Cancel and Change Order Policy explains how order cancellations and modifications are handled for purchases made through kpnira.com.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours from the time the order is placed.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and include your order number.
Cancellation requests are reviewed in the order received. Approval depends on the processing status of the order at the time the request is submitted.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation requests submitted within the first 2 hours after purchase are processed free of charge.
Cancellation requests submitted after the initial 2-hour period but within the 12-hour cancellation window are subject to a 5% processing fee based on the total order value.
Once approved, refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Actual posting times may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
Order Changes
Order modifications, including updates to size, color, style, quantity, shipping information, or delivery address, may be requested within 12 hours after the order is placed.
All change requests must be submitted by email to [email protected].
Requested changes are subject to review, product availability, and production status at the time the request is received.
Orders in Processing or Production
Once an order has entered processing, production, fulfillment, or shipping preparation, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Orders already submitted to fulfillment partners.
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.
- Orders that have entered production.
- Orders that have already been shipped.
Customers may still be eligible for a return or exchange after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
