Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last Updated: April 29, 2026

Kpnira respects your privacy and is committed to giving customers clear information and meaningful control over their personal information.

Kpnira is operated by KPN IRA LLC. This page explains our position regarding the sale and sharing of personal information, the privacy choices available to United States residents, and how to submit an opt-out or other privacy-related request.

1. Our Privacy Commitment

Kpnira does not sell your personal information for money or other monetary compensation.

Kpnira does not share your personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising as those terms may be defined under applicable state privacy laws.

We do not sell or share customer contact information, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, billing addresses, or shipping addresses, for third-party marketing purposes.

We also do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

2. What “Sell” and “Share” May Mean

Depending on the applicable state privacy law, the term “sell” may include transferring or making personal information available to another business in exchange for money or another benefit.

The term “share” may include disclosing personal information to another party for cross-context behavioral advertising, which generally involves using information collected from activity across unrelated businesses, websites, applications, or services to deliver advertising based on a person’s interests or behavior.

These terms may be broader than their ordinary meanings. For this reason, we provide this page even though our stated business practice is not to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

3. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with our website, we may collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers: Name, email address, shipping address, billing address, IP address, order number, and transaction identifiers;
  • Customer and transaction information: Products purchased, product options, order amount, shipping status, payment status, returns, refunds, and customer support history;
  • Internet and device information: Browser type, device type, operating system, cookie identifiers, pages viewed, referring pages, shopping cart activity, and website interaction data;
  • Approximate location: General location inferred from an IP address;
  • Customer support information: Messages, product photographs, package photographs, shipping labels, return reasons, and requested resolutions;
  • Marketing preferences: Email subscription status and communication preferences when marketing features are available; and
  • Inferences: Limited product or communication preferences derived from customer interactions.

More information about the categories of data we collect and how we use them is available in our Privacy Policy.

4. Operational Disclosures Are Not Intended as Sales or Sharing

We may disclose limited personal information to authorized service providers when necessary to operate our store and provide requested services.

These providers may include:

  • PayPal for payment authorization, processing, disputes, and refunds;
  • Print-on-demand production and fulfillment providers;
  • Shipping carriers and logistics providers;
  • Website hosting and cloud service providers;
  • Email and customer support providers;
  • Website security and fraud-prevention providers;
  • Analytics providers used to understand website performance;
  • Professional advisers such as attorneys and accountants; and
  • Governmental or legal authorities when disclosure is legally required.

These operational disclosures are made to process payments, produce products, fulfill orders, deliver packages, prevent fraud, maintain website security, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and operate our business.

We do not authorize service providers to use customer information for their own unrelated advertising purposes. Where applicable, these providers are subject to contractual restrictions concerning how personal information may be used, retained, and disclosed.

5. Advertising and Analytics Technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for website security, shopping cart functionality, checkout, fraud prevention, saved preferences, and website performance.

We may also use limited analytics technologies to understand how visitors use our website and to identify technical or performance issues.

We do not intend to use third-party advertising technologies to sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where required by applicable law, non-essential cookies will be used only after the visitor provides the required consent. Additional information is available in our Privacy Policy and cookie notice.

6. Your Right to Opt Out

Depending on your state of residence and whether the applicable privacy law applies to our business, you may have the right to direct a business not to:

  • Sell your personal information;
  • Share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
  • Process your personal information for targeted advertising; or
  • Use your personal information for certain qualifying profiling activities.

Because Kpnira does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, no additional action is generally required to opt out of these practices.

However, you may still submit an opt-out request. We will record and process the request as required by applicable law and maintain your opt-out preference unless you later ask us to change it.

7. How to Submit an Opt-Out Request

To submit a request, email:

[email protected]

Use the following subject line:

Do Not Sell or Share Request

Please include:

  • Your full name;
  • The email address associated with your order or website interaction;
  • Your state of residence;
  • Your order number, when relevant;
  • A statement that you wish to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and
  • Any additional information reasonably necessary to identify the relevant records.

You may also submit a request using the form on our Contact Us page. Contact form submissions are delivered to our customer support email.

We accept and process privacy requests through email. We do not process privacy requests through telephone calls, text messages, social media messages, or in-person visits.

8. Global Privacy Control

Global Privacy Control, also known as GPC, is a browser-based privacy preference signal that may communicate a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

Where required by applicable law and supported by our website systems, Kpnira will recognize a valid Global Privacy Control signal as an opt-out request for the browser or device sending the signal.

Because we do not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, receiving a valid GPC signal will confirm and maintain our existing no-sale and no-sharing treatment for that browser or device.

A browser-based signal may apply only to the browser, browser profile, or device from which it is sent. Using a different browser or device, disabling the signal, or clearing browser data may affect the preference.

9. Opt-Out Request Confirmation

When technically feasible and required by applicable law, our website may display a message, privacy setting, or other indicator confirming that a browser-based opt-out preference has been recognized.

For requests submitted by email, we will provide a confirmation or response to the email address associated with the request.

Opt-out requests are normally reviewed as soon as reasonably possible and, where applicable, within 15 business days after we receive sufficient information to process the request.

If we need additional information, we will contact you by email. The processing period may remain pending until the requested information is received.

10. Verification

We generally do not require extensive identity verification solely to process a request to opt out of sale or sharing.

However, we may request limited information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Locate your information or privacy preference;
  • Confirm that the request relates to the correct person or account;
  • Prevent fraudulent or abusive requests;
  • Protect another person’s privacy; or
  • Comply with applicable law.

We will not request more information than reasonably necessary to process or document the request.

Information provided for verification will be used only for verification, security, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and legal compliance.

11. Authorized Agents

Where permitted by applicable law, you may authorize another person or organization to submit an opt-out request on your behalf.

We may request:

  • Written proof that the agent is authorized to act for you;
  • Information confirming the agent’s identity;
  • Direct confirmation from you; or
  • Other information reasonably necessary to verify the authority of the agent.

We may deny an agent request when the required authorization cannot be verified.

12. Other Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence and applicable law, you may also have the right to:

  • Know whether we process your personal information;
  • Access personal information we maintain about you;
  • Receive a portable copy of eligible information;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
  • Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information;
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
  • Appeal certain decisions concerning privacy requests; and
  • Exercise your privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.

To exercise another privacy right, email [email protected] with a clear description of your request. Additional details are available in our Privacy Policy.

13. California Residents

California residents may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, including the right to request that a covered business stop selling or sharing their personal information.

California residents may also have rights to know, access, delete, correct, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive protection from unlawful discrimination for exercising their privacy rights.

During the 12 months preceding the date shown above:

  • We have not sold personal information for monetary compensation;
  • We have not shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
  • We have not knowingly sold or shared personal information belonging to consumers under 16 years of age; and
  • We have not offered financial incentives in exchange for permission to sell or share personal information.

14. Residents of Other States

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Iowa, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states with applicable consumer privacy laws may have similar rights concerning sale, targeted advertising, profiling, access, correction, deletion, portability, or appeals.

The availability and scope of each right depend on the law applicable to the individual and whether that law applies to our business or processing activities.

We will review privacy requests according to the applicable legal requirements.

15. No Discrimination

We will not unlawfully discriminate against you because you exercised an applicable privacy right.

Unless permitted by law, exercising a privacy right will not cause us to:

  • Deny products or services;
  • Charge a different price;
  • Provide a different level or quality of service;
  • Retaliate against you; or
  • Suggest that you will receive unlawful different treatment.

16. Children’s Personal Information

Our website is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

We do not knowingly sell or share personal information belonging to consumers under 16 years of age.

If you believe that a child has submitted personal information without appropriate authorization, contact us at [email protected].

17. Changes to Our Practices

If our data, advertising, analytics, or tracking practices change in a way that could constitute selling or sharing personal information under applicable law, we will:

  • Update this page and our Privacy Policy;
  • Provide any notice required by applicable law;
  • Provide an appropriate opt-out method;
  • Recognize applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals; and
  • Obtain consent when consent is legally required.

The updated date will be displayed through the April 29, 2026 shortcode.
