• All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Applicable sales taxes are collected where required by law and are shown at checkout.

• We make every effort to display accurate information. If a pricing, typographical or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order, with a full refund of any amount paid.

3. Orders

We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including limited inventory, payment failure, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel your order, we will notify you, and any payment collected will be refunded to your original payment method.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us at support@kpnira.com within 1 hour of placing it. After that, your order may already be packed and cancellation may not be possible. Refunds for cancelled orders are issued to the original payment method.

4. Shipping and returns

We ship only to addresses within the United States. Delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of weather, carrier issues, holidays or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Full shipping details are available in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

Kpnira sells and ships products only within the United States. We do not accept orders for delivery to addresses outside the United States, and these Terms apply to customers in the United States.
