Shipping overview
Kpnira is a US-based online store. We ship only to addresses within the United States, and every order ships from our US warehouses. We do not ship internationally.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed. During processing, we confirm your order and prepare it for shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and US public holidays.
Shipping method and carriers
We offer one shipping method, Standard Shipping. Orders are delivered by USPS, UPS or FedEx.
Shipping rates
Standard Shipping costs a flat $5.99 per order and is free on orders over $75. The shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you place your order.

Estimated delivery
Most orders arrive within 5–11 business days of the order date: 1–3 business days of processing plus 4–8 business days in transit. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays or other unexpected circumstances.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also check your order status at any time on our Track Order page using your order number.
Order changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at support@kpnira.com within 1 hour of placing it. After that, your order may already be packed, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Lost, damaged or incorrect packages
If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or of the expected delivery date if the package never arrives). Include your order number and photos of the item or damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. For more details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
